EasyLinkMail? EasyLinkMail
builds a single conversation email from multiple
emails using proprietary context sensitive chaining
technology. EasyLinkMail goes beyond the simple
grouping by subject method found in Gmail and
Xobni. EasyLinkMail selects related emails based on
the content of the start of a conversation. It also
automatically appends incoming emails to the
appropriate conversation. There is no rules,
filters or manual specification for you to define. |

EasyCombineMail? EasyCombineMail
combines emails that you have selected into one
email. The resulting email lists the content in
chronological order while removing duplicates. You
use this product to consolidate emails for
archiving, reporting or maintaining email threads. |

What is
EasyExportMail? EasyExportMail
exports any selected emails to an Excel
spreadsheet. The email contain therein will be
displayed in a chronological order in columnar
format. This is an ideal tool to extract email
addresses, build responses and annotate comments
alongside the emails. Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007

What is
EasyMailTrimmer? During
email conversations, we accumulate emails that are
already part of another email. These emails not
only takes up precious mailbox space but they also
clutters your Inbox. EasyMailTrimmer automatically
identify emails that are redundant and present a
tree view of the result. You can then tell the
system to remove all redundant emails or move them
to a local folder. |
| • |
Does EasyLinkMail affect my Outlook Operation? EasyLinkMail
retrieves emails from your Outlook and build
conversations in a separate folder outside of
Outlook. It does not affect your normal email
operation. |
| • |
How does the Context Sensitive
Chaining work? Our programmers employ special
artificial intelligent content interpretation method to build the
conversations so you do not have to do this manually. Other
solutions use similar title, reply and CC chain
resulting in a lot of restriction and misinterpretation of a
chain. |
